1. Brake check: before normal operation, check the motor brake of each shaft of the motor brake, the inspection method is as follows:
(1) run the axis of each manipulator to the position of its load.
(2) the motor mode on the robot controller, select the switch to hit the position of the electric (MOTORSOFF).
(3) check whether the shaft is in its original position, and if the electric switch is turned off, the manipulator still maintains its position, indicating that the brake is good.

2. Pay attention to the danger of losing the deceleration operation (250mm/s) function: do not change the gear ratio or other motion parameters from the computer or teaching device. This will affect the deceleration operation (250mm/s) function.

3. Work within the scope of the maintenance of the manipulator: if you must work within the scope of the work of the manipulator, you should observe the following points:
(1) the mode selection switch on the robot controller must be turned on to the manual position so that the enabling device can be operated to disconnect the computer or operate remotely.
(2) when the mode selection switch is in the < 250mm/s position, the speed is limited to 250mm/s. When entering the work area, the switch is usually turned on to this position. Only people who know a lot about robots can use 100%full speed.
(3) pay attention to the rotation axis of the manipulator and watch out for hair or clothes stirring on it. In addition, pay attention to other selected parts or other equipment on the mechanical hand.(4)Check the motor brake of each axis.

4. Safe use of robot teaching device: the enable device button (Enabling device), installed on the teaching box changes to motor-enabled (MOTORS ON) mode when the button is pressed halfway. When the button is released or all is pressed, the system changes to the power (MOTORS OFF) mode. In order to safely use the ABB instructor, the following principles must be followed: the enable device button (Enabling device) must not lose its function, and when programming or debugging, release the device button (Enabling device) immediately when the robot does not need to move. When programmers enter the safe area, they must take the robot teaching box with them at any time to prevent others from moving robots.

Maintenance of control cabinet, including general cleaning maintenance, replacement of filter cloth (500h), replacement of measuring system battery (7000 hours), replacement of computer fan unit, servo fan unit (50000 hours), check of cooler (monthly), etc.The maintenance interval mainly depends on the environmental conditions, as well as the running hours and temperature of the Fanako FANUC robot. The battery of the machine system is a non-rechargeable disposable battery, which works only when the external power supply of the control cabinet is cut off, and its service life is about 7000 hours. Check the heat dissipation of the controller regularly to make sure that the controller is not covered by plastic or other materials, that there is enough gap around the controller and away from the heat source, that there is no debris stacking at the top of the controller, and that the cooling fan is working properly. there is no blockage at the fan inlet and outlet. The cooler loop is generally a maintenance-free closed system, so it is necessary to regularly inspect and clean the components of the external air loop as required. When the ambient humidity is high, it is necessary to check whether the drain is drained regularly.

Note: incorrect operation will lead to damage to the sealing ring. In order to avoid errors, the operator should consider the following points:
1) pull out the outlet plug before changing the lubricating oil.
2) use manual oil gun to join slowly.
3) avoid using the compressed air provided by the factory as the power source of the oil gun. If necessary, the pressure must be controlled within 75Kgf/cm2 and the flow rate must be controlled within 15/ss.
4) the prescribed lubricating oil must be used, and other lubricating oils will damage the reducer.
