It is worth mentioning that Fanuc has applied the blade compensation function of CNC machine tool finishing to the robot, and implanted the blade compensation function from the algorithm, which makes the robot walk inside in a circle during the finishing cutting process, but the robot body in Yaskawa does not have this function, and the function compensation can only be carried out through secondary development, which is also a place where some customers reflect that Yaskawa robots are inconvenient. However, Fanuc has not done the best in the stability of the robot. When the speed reaches 80% in the process of full load operation, Fanuc’s robot will call the police, which also shows that Fanuc’s robot’s overload ability is not very good. Therefore, Fanuc has the advantage of light load and high precision applications, which is also the reason why Fanuc’s miniaturized robots sell well.
